Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Center and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn sneakers or apparel in their original packaging and ensure all tags are still attached before sealing the box.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our system and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized shipping carrier location and keep your tracking number to monitor your refund status.
